 Another restoration project by Helen and Mick who have set out to save this property in Clevedon and restore its Georgian charm, while there is still more to do with an attic flat and alterations to the properties facade, these are all underway. The delight of this property is the uninterrupted sea views and its fabulous location in vibrant Clevedon. The house sits on the seafront just along from the historic Clevedon Pier and around the corner from the Hill and Sea area, full of artisan shops and wonderful eateries. The Prominade is a delightful walk taking you back to Victorian times, taking in the sea air and cold water swimming if you like, along with the new sauna this could be your own spa! Famous homemade ice-cream from the Sorella on the seafront, making for a nostalgic holiday taking you to times past. Clevedon has the Europe’s longest working cinema

Pink Sunset House is divided into flats and can be hired for groups of 2/4/6/8 and up to 15. Large groups are accommodated in a combination of flats with the garden flat providing a space where groups can gather, inside in the large kitchen/dining with living space or in the garden. The house provides the perfect set up for multi-generational families who want to holiday together but also like to have independence. Each flat has large bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms.

Sunset Gardens

A three/ to four bedroom garden flat with private entrance and use of the garden with spectacular sea views onto the channel. This flat provide a spacious home from home experience with everything you need for your stay in Clevedon. Large open plan kitchen/dining/living with adjoining extra lounge (can be made into 4th bedroom), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, utility room and cinema room.
