Nestled in the conservation area of Portishead, we are just 20 mins from the bustling and cultural city of Bristol. Portishead is a quiet coastal town in North Somerset with a wonderful Marina and the most stunning westerly views over the Severn Estuary, with spectacular sunsets…..where you can marvel at the flow of shipping. It’s famous for having the second fastest highest tide in the world and also for shipping to come the closest to land in the country.
The grounds have recently been added to with a cut-flower garden, so these can be enjoyed aswell…..and if in the right season we will be able to fill your heart with uplifting blooms and their scent.

little manor
is available by special arrangement for occasions where a smaller space is needed. The Medieval Little manor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This property has incredible historical features and a cosy cottage feel, and the interiors are an eclectic mix of mid-century, antique and vintage pieces.
The whole site has been part of an ongoing huge restoration project for Helen and the team. Read more about the project and a lovely brief history by local Historian Sandy Tebbutt. There is always more to be discovered, further restoration to take place and ongoing maintenance!
